PROJECT EXHIBITION

The sixth edition of the Final Year Annual Project Exhibition ‘INNOVEX 2022’ was presented by the final year students of DBIT on 13 April 2022. Mr. Sahil Gandhi, Manager - Central Depository Services (India) Limited (Batch 2005 DBIT Alumnus) was the Chief Guest for the event. The Department of EXTC exhibited 14 projects of the 19 projects which were shortlisted by the department after an internal review. The projects were under the following four categories: 1) Product Development 2) Emerging Technologies 3) Research 4) Sustainability. The judges for INNOVEX 2022 for the Department of EXTC were Mr. Jovin Miranda, Senior Applications Engineer at Synopsys Inc., Santa Clara, California, USA and Dr. Dhananjay Patel, Associate Professor at Vidyalankar Institute of Technology, Mumbai, India.

Don Bosco Institute of Technology organizes a two day project exhibition and intra department competition ‘Innovex’ wherein the BE students from all four departments exhibit and demonstrate the projects developed by them under the guidance of respective faculty members. The exhibition is organized for the students to showcase their year long effort and it includes a total display and demonstration of 100 projects. The students exhibit their working models to various industrialists and academicians who come as judges and guests and provide a platform for open-ended discussions and deliberations for improving the scope of the project. The students are also encouraged to pitch in their ideas & solutions in front of distinguished guests.
